Jaclyn Atkinson
CEO / Enrolled Agent
Jaclyn S. Atkinson is the CEO of JSA Accounting Solutions LLC, where she leads with expertise, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. With over 21 years of experience in the accounting field, she specializes in personal and business income tax services, tax resolution, and financial statement reviews. Jaclyn holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS, and a licensed mortgage loan officer in Arkansas.
A full-time mom and business owner, Jaclyn balances the demands of her career and family with remarkable focus and energy. She prioritizes her clients, employees, and family alike, making each feel supported and valued. Her leadership extends beyond the firm, serving as treasurer for the Greenbrier FFA Foundation and the Webb Foundation, reflecting her commitment to her community.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys traveling—whether cruising, hiking, or spontaneous road trips—along with horse racing, Razorback football, and playing bass guitar, a hobby she’s loved since age 13. Jaclyn takes pride in the talented team at JSA, whose dedication and hard work help turn her vision into reality.
Sydni Fuentes
Senior Accountant
Sydni Fuentes is the Payroll and Bookkeeping Supervisor at JSA Accounting Solutions and serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming payroll and bookkeeping clients. With a sharp intellect, strong problem-solving skills, and a meticulous approach, she is a trusted and reliable member of the team, ensuring clients’ financial processes are accurate and efficient.
She specializes in financial clean-up, bookkeeping and review, payroll setup and processing, and new client onboarding. Sydni earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance and Risk Management with a Minor in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and has been working in the accounting field since 2020.
Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Sydni brings thoughtfulness and curiosity to both her professional and personal life. She enjoys exploring new interests, from trying new foods to cultivating houseplants, and her favorite saying, "Don't let your past define your future," reflects her focus on growth, learning, and embracing new opportunities.
Amber Boyd
Client Engagement Specialist
Amber Boyd supports JSA Accounting Solutions through marketing, client communication, bookkeeping, sales tax, and day-to-day office operations. She manages client workflows and internal processes to ensure a smooth, consistent experience.
With a background in management, sales, and business operations, Amber combines strong communication and people skills with the technical knowledge needed to keep things running efficiently. She values clear communication, teamwork, and helping clients feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, staying active, and caring for her growing plant collection.
Caitlin Shoemaker
Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist
Caitlin recently graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a technical certificate in Accounting, and she is now working toward her Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. She has quickly made a positive and meaningful impact at JSA, impressing colleagues and clients with her sharp intellect, dedication, and professionalism.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Caitlin is known for her curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, and collaborative spirit. She actively engages in her community, volunteering with programs like United Way’s VITA initiative to assist individuals with tax preparation.
In her personal life, Caitlin recently got married and enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new foods, and caring for her two cats, whom she affectionately considers her “fur babies.”
Scarlett Johnson
Office Coordinator
Scarlett Johnson is our Front Office Coordinator and one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you visit or call our office. She helps greet clients, answer phones, and keep daily operations running smoothly so our team can better serve you.
A graduate of Greenbrier High School, Scarlett began her college journey at Lyon College playing soccer before an injury brought her back home. She is currently attending the University of Central Arkansas, pursuing a degree in Nursing or Pre-Med. Her long-term goal is to work in pediatric oncology, where she hopes to help develop and study new treatments and medications for children.
Outside of work and school, Scarlett enjoys traveling with family and friends, staying active in her church, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
