Payroll and Compliance Specialist

About the Role

As our Payroll & Tax Compliance Specialist, you'll help businesses stay compliant by managing payroll processing, payroll tax filings, sales tax compliance, and client support. You'll work closely with our team to provide accurate, dependable service while building strong client relationships.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Conway, Arkansas. Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During our summer schedule, our office is closed on Fridays, giving our team additional time to recharge while maintaining exceptional service for our clients.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Whether you're building on existing payroll experience or looking to expand your accounting knowledge, you'll have opportunities to grow alongside our firm.
