  • Corporate Tax Filings: Preparation and filing of business tax returns (Form 1120, 1065, etc.) for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.

  • State and Local Tax Filings: Ensure businesses are compliant with state and local tax regulations, including sales tax, franchise tax, and payroll tax.

  • Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments: Assist businesses with making accurate quarterly estimated tax payments to avoid penalties.

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet) that align with tax reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and tax efficiency.​

Personal Tax Preparation:

  • Individual Tax Returns: Preparation and filing of individual tax returns (Form 1040) including schedules for various deductions, income sources, and credits.

  • Tax Review & Optimization: Review past returns to uncover missed opportunities or mistakes that could result in refunds or reduce future liabilities.

  • Multi-State Tax Filing: Assist with multi-state tax filings for clients who live or work in different states, including state-specific credits and deductions.

  • Investment Income & Capital Gains: Ensure proper reporting of investment income, capital gains, dividends, and rental property income.
