  • Manage employee wages, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and payroll taxes.

  • Ensure that payments are processed on time through direct deposit or paper checks.

Tax Compliance:

  • Calculate and withhold federal, state, and local payroll taxes, ensuring timely filing and payment of tax deposits.

  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns (e.g., 941, W-2, 1099).

Payroll Reporting and Reconciliation:

  • Provide detailed payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax filings, and year-end reports.

Worker's Compensation and Unemployment Insurance:

  • Assist with worker’s compensation insurance filings and unemployment insurance claims.
